Quadripartite Pact

The Quadripartite Pact is an agreement between Lumisaari, Nekulturnya, Pueramaa, and Zamorodna signed in __LOCATION__ on __DATE__ with the goal of securing the signatories' continued sovereignty in a potentially volatile part of Belisaria. It is a defensive military alliance and is directed primarily at Hvalheim for Nekulturnya, Pueramaa and Lumisaari; at Velikoslavia for Nekulturnya and Pueramaa, and at Ostrozava for Pueramaa and Zamorodna. It does not, however, specify exceptions for nations outside of the primary considerations involved in the creation of the alliance. Like many such pacts, the agreement stipulates an obligation to fight a common war against any external threats.
