General elections were held in Vierzland on Saturday 18 January 1992 to elect all 745 members of the Federal Assembly. These were the first elections to be held after the ratification of the Constitution of Vierzland on 4 January 1992, and thus the first elections for the newly-created Federal Assembly. The general election coincided with the presidential election, which was won by incumbent chancellor Heinrich Werner.
