The 2006 Al-Ahsan Base attack, was a series of coordinated bombings against the Al-Ahsan airbase in Sul-Ajman, Sulifa, on the morning of June 5th, 2006. Two Al-Fijar affiliated terrorists, who had earlier stolen Sulifan military uniforms, parked cars filled with explosives near a mess hall utilized by troops at the base. When a Sulifan guard noticed the unattended vehicles and attempted to inspect them, they detonated and evaporated much of the adjacent structure. The attack claimed 18 lives and wounded more than 122 people. 3 Zamastanian and 2 Caspiaan soldiers were killed in the bombings.
In the aftermath of the attack, the Zamastanian Armed Forces and Emmirian Armed Forces sought the identified bombers, Mohammad Rash Il'Obin and Terhik Ur Abal, and they were captured by Zamastanian special forces in northeast Emmiria four days after the attack. president Cassious Castovia appointed federal prosecutor Arthur Davidson to investigate and prosecute the bombers. The bombers' motive for the attack was al-Fijar's pursuit to rid WEDA forces from Muslim lands.
