The 2022 Laitstadt state election took place in the Besmenian state of Laitstadt on June 5, 2022. The election received attention primarily because the GPB with top candidate Tanja Balzer-Künert became the strongest force at the state level for the first time in Besmenian history.

Electoral system

The election to the State Chamber of Laitstadt is decided according to proportional representation. The electoral threshold is 5%. The legislative period is five years.
