The 2022 Palingian gubernatorial election took place in the Besmenian federal state of Palingia on 24 April 2022 to elect their first governor after Palingia joined the Federal Republic of Besmenia as the 14th state. On the same day, the 2022 Palingian state election also took place in Palingia.
It was the very first time that a Besmenian governor was directly elected by the people.
