2024 Vistulzkan national election
The 2024 Vistulzkan national election was held in the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka on June 1, 2024. The Orthodox Republican Party ticket of incumbent President Józef Kamiński, Marshal Małgosia Lemańska and Head of Ducal Council Bálintka Bondarenko defeated both the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party ticket of former Marshal and Ambassador of Vistulzka Łukasz Nowicki and Béla Varga as well as the Three Arrow Block ticket of former Voivode Mykhailo Burmystenko and Imre Drahos. Nowicki and Varga's loss in the election triggered the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party] to announce their formal exit from the New Republican Coalition.
Since his election in 2016 and his endorsement from former president Aleksander Rakowski, Kamiński did not face any serious interparty competition for the Orthodox Republican ticket. While normally the New Republican Coalition usually only has one ticket, the Chruściel-Orange Republican Party did not endorse Kaminski as their ticket and instead gave their endorsement to Nowicki. This made the 2020 election to be the first national election in modern Vistulzkan history to not have a candidate placed for the New Republican Party. Kaminski was endorsed by the Blue Cross Movement, who did not create a ticket of their own.
