Akino Terai (14 May 1994) is a Agakiba soldier currently serving in the Auxiliary Territorial Service Corps. She is assigned to the communications service within the ATS.
She is also a klutzy officer and has a habit of sleepwalking to the point where she tries to sexualize herself with Richard to which she would soon be unaware of what she is doing. She is known as 'Baby Girl Akino' due to her being the youngest member of the ATS in the Communications Branch and her youthfully cuddly appearance, which, combined with her adorably cheerful personality and endearing clumsiness has gained her the trait of a moe.
