Alexander Enrique Ramírez Umaña, also colloquially called Mara Ramírez (June 1977-February 29, 2020), was a Creeperian arms smuggler, drug lord, and the current leader of Mara Salvatrucha. He was considered to be the most powerful criminal in Creeperopolis and one of the most powerful in the world.

Ramírez Umaña was born in Tuxtla Martínez and raised in a poor farming family. He endured physical abuse at the hands of his father, and also entered the drug trade through his father, helping him grow marijuana for local dealers during his early adulthood. Ramírez Umaña began meddling and taking interest in the gang known as Mara Salvatrucha when he was in his mid-teens and became a member when he was 17. He helped the gang map routes to move drugs through Zapatista and into San Salvador and Adolfosburg.

Ramírez Umaña became a favorite of the gang's leader at the time, Salvador Berrocal Rouco, and became Berrocal Rouco's unofficial second-in-command and successor when he was only 21. Berrocal Rouco would be killed a year later in a shootout with the Creeperian Army and Ramírez Umaña became the leader of the gang. His first action was to eliminate any possible rival to power and bribe he saw as essential to keep. The 1999 Mara Salvatrucha Purges killed 323 potential rivals to his power and bribed 34 more to be loyal.

With his rise to power, Alexander became one of the most wanted men in Creeperopolis along with Frederick Schuessler III and Schafik Handal López. Since 1999, Ramírez Umaña was responsible for up to 1,000,000 deaths as a result of the Mara War his gang is waging against the Creeperian Armed Forces and the Creeperian government. Ramírez Umaña continued to ally with the Senvarian Liberation Front and the Militarist Front for National Liberation. He was an assassination target for the Creeperopolis government, the National Intelligence Directorate (the secret police), and the Militarist Nationalist Front (a death squad).

The Creeperian government revealed that Ramírez Umaña was captured on February 3, 2020, in a DINA raid in Zapatista. Alexander Ramírez Umaña was executed on February 29, 2020. The specific date was chosen as to deny his followers a yearly day of remembrance. Román Saavedra Saelices succeeded Ramírez Umaña as leader of Mara Salvatrucha.
