Andervi Bogerra was a Drevstranese military officer and then politician who played a major role in the events known as the Black Streets Days, the fall of Ernesto Skolad, and the creation of the Second Mervoshia through his participation in the Provisory Executive Committee which he de-facto co-presided with Obrichko Dursila.
A young lieutenant at the start of the war with TBD, he managed to be promoted to the rank of colonel after he left active duty to join Yednosc! and start a career in politics under the patronage of the Smeleres Family. He managed to gain the interest of Vernesto Skolad, who was looking for younger party members to replace the old Orbraggist Guard who disliked him, but he was then involved in an affair that led to his ostracisation from Skolad's inner circles. He then became a recurring participant in multiple salons and clubs known to be attended by Yednosc! members not necessarily in phase with Skolad's views and policies. As Skolad multiplied his purges against political opponents and rogue Yednosc! members, Bogerra was forced to leave the political scene and return to his familial mansion in the Furodommark.
As the events of the Black Streets Days began to unfold, Bogerra contacted many of the highest ranking generals in the Drevstranese military, as well as the Yednosc! members that had escaped from Skolad's purges. He then personally contacted Obrishko Dursila and together they formed an alliance against the sitting Mervoret. It's notably Bogerra who organized Dursila's entrance in Angrast through his contacts with the police prefecture and the military units stationed near the capital.
Bogerra was chosen as the representant of Yednosc! in the newly formed Provisory Executive Committee. The Committee was tasked with organizing the elections of a new Constituent Assembly and lead the country until a new Constitution was voted. While he could not oppose the Anarchists and the influence of Dursila, he is often said to have been a "calming influence", opposed to the more radical elements of the Anarchists. However, his exact influence over the country at the time is hard to quantify.
Both in the elections of the constituent assembly in 1953 and then of the Diet in 1954, Yednosc! found itself dominated by the other movements, shuned by the electors because of their image as the "party of Skolad". In the following decade, it's through efforts of Bogerra, now president of the party, that Yednosc! was able to clean its image, drumming up its participation in the resistance against Skolad and rekindling its ties with Vilvo Orbraggar who was still a popular figure among the Drevstraneses. In 1959, as the anarchists lost the Mayorship of the Palace, Yednosc! returned in the Diet with 5 seats, one of which was occupied by Bogerra himself. Yednosc! however would never recover the hegemonic position it once had in the First Mervoshia, forced to abandon it to new parties like the Nepserot of Marveil Urshlo. In fact, its the failure of Yednosc! in the elections of 1964 against one of these new parties Yedviro, that led to Bogerra retiring from the political scene the following year.
