History

The Anikatian National Exchange Group was created through the integration of Antiytia Stock Exchange and Namju Securities Exchange under the Anikatian Stock & Futures Exchange Act. During the 1990s, DSRA's securities market evolved in tandem with the country's economic reform and opening up and the development of socialist market economy. On 22 November 1993, Antiytia Stock Exchange was re-established and operations began a few weeks later on 21 December.

It started with currency auctions in January 1993 as an initiative by the Foreign trade and investment bank of the DSRA. Thus, for the first time the market Anikuro exchange rate to United Republic dollar was established. In May 1994 it became the main platform for carrying out currency transactions for banks and enterprises.

Until June 1995 the rate in the Antiytia Interbank Stock Exchange was used by the Central Bank for the official quotation of Anikuro to foreign currencies. In the mid-1990s preparation for trading corporate securities and futures began.

The goals of the merger include the optimisation of the Anikatian stock market, the reduction of the number of organisations with overlapping functions, the creation of a single platform for issuers, traders and investors, the reduction of transaction costs, and easier trading.
