Cabinet of the Earth Humans
The Cabinet of the Earth Humans is part of the executive branch of the federal government of the Earth Humans. The Cabinet's role is to serve as an advisory body to the President of the Earth Humans. Among senior officers of the Cabinet are the Vice President and the heads of the federal executive departments, all of whom—if eligible—are in the line of succession. Members of the Cabinet (excluding the Vice President) serve at the pleasure of the President, who can dismiss them at will for no cause. All federal public officials, including Cabinet members, are also subject to impeachment by the House of Representatives and trial in the Senate for "treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors."
History
All offices are directly taken from the Cabinet of the President of the United States. The reason for this was to only change what was deemed "insufficient" in the American government. The Founders of Earth Humans stated that there was nothing insufficient about the Cabinet positions.
There are currently 14 Departments of the Cabinet. By constitutional law, the president may introduce a decree in Congress to create or dissolve a cabinet position. The president would need a 2/3 vote from Congress. In the current Congress, the president would need 114 of the 171 votes to do so.

The Current Attorney General is Thomas Gagnon. The Senate voted 35-1. Gagnon was a detective for over 25 years.
