Carmeno An'rto (born January 13, 1976) is an East Chanchajillan-Zamastanian actor, director, and producer. As an actor, he has starred in many Chanchajillan and Zamastanian films, including Ramoni (1999), Sunset on Gettly Lane (2002), Heroic Ditt (2003), Crosswired (2005), Passable Degree (2008), Los Hermanos de Muerta (2013), and Pellon (2017). He made his directorial debut in 2016 with the biographical film Morata, about the life of East Chanchajilla's first president Biel Morata. Adopting a style of biographical direction, he directed the films Hapson (2019) and Gaviria (2020), the first of which he recieved the award for Best Director at the 93rd Tofino Film Festival.
