The Caunettiene Defense Forces (Arcadie, Forces Défense de Cauntien) is the military of the Coral Kingdom of Caunette, responsible for protecting and defending the security interests and the sovereignty of the nation. The Commander-in-Chief of the Caunettiene Defense Forces is the Ash King, while the senior-most ranking officer is known as the Chief of the General Staff. The Defense Forces are divided into four main service branches: the Caunettiene Royal Army, Caunettiene Royal Navy, Caunettiene Royal Air Force and the Caunettiene Royal Gendarme. As of 2034, the Caunettiene Defense Forces number 600,000 active troops and 300,000 reserve personnel. Conscription is not currently present into the Defense Forces, though all males aged 18-28 must register with the National Defense System in the event of a military draft.
