Celice Point Naval Base is a naval base in Vongane, Quetana, operated by the Quetanan Navy. It is a principle facility for the Zamastanian Naval Forces, who hold a lease over much of the base, and WEDA, which frequently utilize the docks for allied vessels. Celice Point is often used as a training area, thanks to its good climate and rocky terrain, and as a stopover for aircraft and ships en route to and from deployments through the Strait of Quetana. The port of Vongane first set aside Celice Point for its naval prominence in the 15th century when its empire spanned much of the globe, and its position on the outer bend of the harbor protected Vongane from attack. After the republic of Quetana was established in 1911, the base became a dockyard until shipbuilding ceased in the early 1970s, although ship maintenance work has continued.

Celice Point is the home port of the Celice Flotilla which includes the Ronalla-class submarines. Celice Point retains a long-term role as the dedicated home of the amphibious fleet, survey vessels and half the frigate fleet.
