Creeperian Constitution

The Creeperian Council of Senators (Creeperian Spanish: Consejo de Senadores) was the de jure legislature of Creeperopolis. The council was composed of 172 senators from across Creeperopolis, all of whom were hand picked by the Emperor with one being selected as the Chief Senator. The Council was abolished on Februaryu 15, 2020, on orders of Alexander II as a part of the 2020 Creeperian Purges.

Function

The Council of Senators' primary function was to unify all Creeperian senators into one body. The council was to hold a meeting every month where the Emperor informed the senators of important topics such as accomplishments of the previous months, orders for the next month, and several other miscellaneous topics.

The senators met in the location where the Council of Mayors used to meet. Each meeting was schedualled to occur on the first day of a new month.

The Chief Senator of the Council of Senators was appointed by the Emperor. The Chief Senator was the Senator of the San Salvador Capitol district.

Senatorial Eligibility

To be a senator in the Council of Senators, one must have:

a Senators from Senvar, Senvek, and Castilliano, had an exception to this requirement and may have be independents.
