Zacapine Military Industries (Nahuatl: 𐐗𐐭𐐰𐐭𐐸𐐿𐐯𐐻𐑆𐐻𐐩𐐰 𐐞𐐰𐐿𐐰𐐹𐐨𐐷𐐬𐐻𐑊, Cuauhquetztia Zacapiyotl), better known as Cuauhquetztia, is a conglomerate of specialized defense industry manufacturers owned and operated by the Zacapine government for the purpose of supplying the Zacapine Armed Forces with advanced production and technical capabilities necessary to maintain a modernized military force. The multi-industry manufacturing company relies on the YAT program for the development of new prototypes, blueprints and technologies for military application and exclusively handles the production side of the defense industry. Cuauhquetztia was established for the purpose of centralizing and streamlining critical arms and ammunition production for the military, establishing the unprofitable but strategically important capability to quickly ramp up military production under wartime conditions, and consolidating strategic industries vital to national defense under the control of the Zacapine federal government rather than private enterprises and local calpolli associations. In the second half of the 20th century, the Zacapine government began opening up arms exports to nations in Malaio, the Ozeros sea nations and beyond, enabling parts of the Cuauhquetztia industrial base to adopt an export focus and bring outside revenue into the conglomerate.
