David Starcevich (18 August 2017) is a Zanarkian officer, intelligence officer, and special agent working with the Zanarkian Secret Intelligence Service. Prior to lending his services to the ZSIS, he was a member of Task Force 141 with a rank of Sergeant-Major. David is the son of veterans Cameron Starcevich and Momoya Katsuragi.
David is known for his tact decisions, often being cautious with his approaches. He is also a close friend of fellow agent Leon Statham, whom he worked with during the Deseleni War. Much like Leon, he is cunning and ruthless. Often at times being rebellious.
