Emmanuel Norbert Sanford (15 May 1953) is a Concordian general officer who is the incumbent overall commander of Department 7B2.

Sanford was placed in the Royal Concordian Army's 75th Ranger Regiment as Captain of the 2nd Battalion. During the Circum-Courlès War, a conflict under the Post-War of Lorican Aggression Crisis, he was in the general staff of the 173rd Airborne Brigade and was promoted to Brigadier General at the war's end. In the Second Lucis Civil War, his brigade was deployed to support the Commonwealth armies involved in crushing the Republican faction. His administrative skills were noticed by the Concordian Department of Defense, and alongside is growing interest in information technology was promoted to General. During the Imperial Crisis, he was appointed Department Commander, and served his office well.
