The Party of Empordian Socialists (alternatively Empordian Socialist Party, Empordian: Partit dels Socialistes d'Empordà), is a social democratic political party that is active in the Pacitalian autonomous communities of Alt- and Baix-Empordà.

The party is unaffiliated with the larger national social democratic party, the Pacitalian Social Democratic Congress (PSDC), with which they are largely ideologically aligned. The two parties also do not have a cooperation agreement, and, as a result, compete for the same votes in Empordia, unlike national centre-right parties, which tend to avoid fielding candidates in the region to give the Empordian League a better chance to elect lawmakers to national and regional legislatures.

The PSE is a traditional social democratic political party, favouring a mixed economy, extensive social welfare, and well-funded public services. The party is pro-union and has affiliations to several large labour organizations. It favours greater autonomy for Empordia and stronger protection of regional language and culture, but does not support independence. However, the party has traditionally allowed free votes among its elected members on Empordian independence and has a longstanding policy of permitting members to hold and express pro- or anti-independence views.

The PSE is the larger of the two main regional parties by membership and fundraising income (the League being the other party). It currently holds majority control of the regional council in Baix-Empordà, and a narrow plurality of seats on the regional council of Alt-Empordà.

Following the 2023 parliamentary elections, the party increased its share of seats in both the Constazione and the Senato Repubblicana. The PSE's assembly in the Constazione is now the fifth-largest following the 2023 election, while in the Senato, the party has the third-largest caucus. Negotiations are currently underway to form a new government following the election. As the PSDC won the most seats, it is believed the PSE may be invited to formally join a coalition, or support the new government with confidence votes; together, the two parties would hold a comfortable majority in the Constazione.
