The Filomena Pinheiro government was the third federal government of Gylias. It was headed by Prime Minister Filomena Pinheiro, and comprised one cabinet between 1986 and 1990.

Formed after the Ossorian war crisis, it was a national unity government that included every electoral bloc and party except for the Revolutionary Rally, Front for Renewal of Order and Society, and several non-inscrit "molehill parties". It was thus the largest federal coalition in Gylian history, as well as having the biggest majority. It served as a transitional government that carried out the "detoxification of public life" and other measures to combat the wretched decade.

Its term ended with the 1990 federal election, with Filomena adamant that she would be only an interim Prime Minister.
