Heulania (Besmenian: Heulanien) was a Besmenian-speaking state in eastern Nortua. By 1850, Heulania was part of the Nortuan Union. As a result of the Besmenian-Tinegardian War, on November 1, 1850, Heulania became part of the Kingdom of Besmenia with the status of a Besmenian province. As a result of the 1866 Besmenian territorial reform, Heulania was dissolved and its constituent states were given provincial status.
