The High Council of Naua Roa is the unicameral legislative body of Naua Roa, a self-governing island nation in free association with Satavia. The High Council was created in it's current form in 1989 following independence of the Patrick Islands. The head of the High Council is the High Chief of Naua Roa (which since 2021 has been Kara Na Paoa), and the speaker (who conducts debates).
Following the intervention, the High Council has been suspended and will reconvene after the general election, which is to be held in April.
