The Islamic Terehanian Alliance State, also known by its abbreviation ITAS, is a paramilitary Fedayeen organization loyal to the Terehanian government of Asaad al-Shaad. The group shifted to an insurgency following the 2022 invasion of Terehan by WEDA, and ITAS was labeled a terrorist organization by the administration of President Sabine Armitage in late December 2022. The group is primarily based in northern and central Terehan, and includes mostly Terehanian (including Mehedis and Ardish) fighters. At its height, the group had 30,000–40,000 members.
