John Berg (7 October 1989) is an Erebonian officer currently serving as part of Task Force 141.
John's family is well-known in Trista, being that his grandfather, EWII veteran Läurni Berg was a former chancellor at the Thors Military Academy. As a boy, John went hunting with his grandfather and found himself proficient at a very young age. Later on, he enrolled at Thors Military Academy, where then-Brigadier Kiriya Kitagawa served as one of his instructors. Following his graduation in 2009, he was assigned as a reservist at Fort Daidoji. Here, he developed a close friendship with Henry Keith, Michael Irving and Magnus-Georg Blumentritt. John was particularly close with Henry, as their grandfathers had been close friends during EWII.
The four men later joined TF 141 at Kitagawa's invitation to join.
