Kati Räikkönen (21 July 1990) is a Finlandian officer serving in the Lucis Army after her defection from the Autocratic East Europan Imperial Alliance and the Geheimabteilung. Once fiercely loyal to Heydrich Gruber, she defected because of her relatives and friends being massacred by the SS-Hermann Gruber Division under Gruber's orders during the Purge of Karelia, when it was reported that some of the Finlandians have been working in secret with the Allies.

She was rescued by the members of Task Force 141 when her own unit was slaughtered by Gregory Harrison's unit during the final days of the purge, leaving her as the only survivor. Vowing vengeance, she immediately accepted Lucian Field Marshal Kiriya Kitagawa's offer of joining Task Force 141 and granted a citizenship under Kitagawa's endorsement.

She now lives peacefully in the UK with fellow Task Force officer, Kurz Weber.
