Kurz Weber (1 April 1990) is a German-Rubrumian soldier currently serving in the Rubrumian Army. He and his family moved to Rubrum when he was 14 years old and from there, he found his interests in shooting competitions and found himself skilled with using rifles. He is also the Rubrumian Army's most accomplished sniper; having over 250 confirmed kills with at least 5 kills at a distance of 2,500 yards. This caught the attention of Kiriya Kitagawa, who led Task Force 141 and 142. On the recommendation of his best friend, Emrick Brennan, he agreed to join the Task Force.
In his side life, he is known to as an outgoing person, he can best be described as a Ladies man. He often uses vulgar or flippant language in conversation. Kurz has an energetic and friendly personality and as such befriends people easily. However, in combat, Kurz becomes an aggressive fighter.
