Kevin Yoo (27 February 2001) is a Concordian officer who served under Task Force Nicator as a member of TF Blue.

A son of rich Joyonghean immigrants, his family owned a large estate in West Memphis, as well as owning several properties in Joyonghea. As a result, Kevin possessed an arrogant, egotistic, and narcissistic nature. He was also witty and had graduated with a degree in BS Biology. He also owned a stake within the family business, Morning Breeze Inc., one of the more prominent Neocon pharmaceutical companies.

He is a firm and radical supporter of Robert Starkweather, as well as Pam Nam-soon, in which his father had close ties with, having been one of the instruments for his rise. He joined the army and befriended Victor Richardson and Thomas Xavier Whitfield. The trio later joined Task Force Nicator, with him and Richardson being assigned to TF Blue while Whitfield was assigned to TF Cyan. The three would go on to become one of the most accomplished, yet ruthless and egotistic members of the force. Their skills were highly utilised by the force.

His colleagues has described him as smart and witty, but the incidences of him injecting and conducting medical experiments on captured prisoners for the sake of his company's research had garnered him the nickname of The Doctor of Death. His superiors made no attempt to convict nor to remove him, as all his plans were for the sake of medical science.

Following Nicator's dissolution in 2040, he is among the surviving Nicator members who were incarcerated at Erebonia's St. Michael Penitentiary Centre in North Ambria, which is Erebonia's harshest prison along with 50 other TF Nicator personnel who were sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for their role during the Kataibatic Event.
