King Oliver Konkita is the current monarch of the State of Konkiar, a princely state of Ayvana. He is leader of the House of Konkia, and is assumed to hold absolute authority over temporal matters - leaving spirtual affairs to the church. Taking power in the 1970s due to the death of his father Ferdinand of Konkiar, he quickly took over all the foreign port cities in his realm and began a broad series of reforms to allivate the kingdom's financial issues. He is credited for turning Konkiar into the wealthiest province in Ayvana, with a high degree of human development. Under his reign the so called "Konkiar Model" developed, where conglomerates would develop and feed demand into local guilds, allowing for the creation of a hypercompetitive export orientated economy without taking away employment security. He, and by extension his family has grown extremely wealthy through the model, with an estimated familital net worth of over 200 billion.

Oliver is an avid Catholic, and has patronized many Cathedrals and artwork.
