The Kylacky-class was a group of four heavy cruisers built by the Republic of Syara. Along with the Svajec-class and Cuprasi-class, they were intended to bridge the Cruiser Race that had emerged between the Navy of the Syaran Republic and the Cacertian Empire. First built in 1929, the outbreak of the Siduri War in 1932 led to production of the class being cut from eight to four ships (Radiant Perception, Bloodied Spirit, Infinite Sacrifice, and Sublime Solace).

All four ships saw extensive service in the Nuadan Campaign and the Sundering Sea before they were mustered to take part in Operation Scualla against the Cacertian territory of Andria. During the Battle of the Sabri Sea the Bloodied Spirit was sunk with the loss of roughly half her crew, while the Radiant Perception was heavily damaged and had to spend six months in port for repairs. Less than a year later in August 1936 the Infinite Sacrifice and Sublime Solace took part in the Battle of the Mansuri Sea, where the Infinite Sacrifice was damaged by a torpedo. The Radiant Perception returned to service in May 1936 only to be damaged by Mansuri bombers less than two months later had to return to port for repairs. The Sublime Solace was sucess as a convoy raider and engaged in a number of battles with the Cacertian fleet in the Nuadan, while the Infinite Sacrifice was sunk in February 1937 during a battle with the Cacertian Eloisa Moretti-Class Battleship Morgana Argento. The Radiant Perception returned in service in March 1937 and fought near the Mansuri coast before it was again damaged and forced out of service. Along with the Subline Solace it was interned in Moddra when the war ended and was subsequently scuttled along with the rest of the fleet.
