Leonardo Cuello Marquez (born 18 December 1949) is a Trenadian economist and politician who is currently governor of the Flores province, having taken office in 2017. He also served as president of Trenado from 2001 to 2005, mayor of Santamaria from 1991 until 1998, as well as being a member of the Federal Congress between 1981 and 1990. Having joined the Progressives in 1980, he also became president of the party from 1987 to 2000 – after the general elections of that year.
