Lilia Mihailova (born: 1 June 1985) is a Zoygarian-born Besmenian politican. Mihailova is since 2023 Vice Prime Minister of Besmenia alongside Ivar Combrinck and Federal Minister for the Environment and Climate Protection. She is also since August 2022 co-leader of the Green Party of Besmenia, alongside Thomas Gabsteiger.
