List of living legitimate male Eirikrians

The Eirikrian dynasty is one of the largest dynasties across both Arda en' Estel and Markion. Members include all male-line descendants of Erik the Victorious and his brothers, Gjurd, Jakob, Bjornvald, and Tjod. According to the 1722 Edict of Mærtun, in which Erik VIII Olaf defined the Royal Family of Emerstari, all Eirikrians, as clarified heretofore, maintain the right to use the title Furst, or Furstin for women, and are in-line for the throne of Emerstari.

Within the clan system of Emerstari, the Eirikrian dynasty is a sept of the Ketillung branch of the Njellung of the Rudolfung. The sept includes several houses, these being the House of Eirikr, the House of Malmå, and the House of Sverre. Sometimes the House of Eirikr–Wolnbach–Leijonhufud is included as one, but that is not a strictly agnatic line of Eirikr. The House of Eirikr, the oldest, most senior, and most expansive house of the Eirikrian dynasty is further divided into the Eirikrung of Flodland, the Eirikung of Feldland, the Eirikrung of Koland/Koburg, the Eirikrung of Ekland/Ekkesburg, the Eirikung of Hventi, the Eirikung of Gjurdby, the Eirikrung of Kralendijk, and the Eirikrung of Ruuheimki.

Patrilineal descent of Eirikr

The traditional stories and folklore of Emerstari hold its people as descendant of Noah by Hemer, the first settler of the land. Since the time of Eirikr, the Eirikrians have claimed to be Hemer's most senior male-line descendants. On the ancestry of Hemer himself, however, Emerstarian scholars have debated for centuries whether he is descended from Gomer, Magog, or Tiras paternally.
