Lucia Casci (born 30th January 1982) was the Kerlian Defence Minister during the Second Lauchenoirian Civil War, appointed by President Joanna Greenwood in 2015. She is presently serving time in a Sanctarian prison after being found guilty of war crimes by the Truth & Reconciliation Commission set up by the Haven Accords.
