Overseas Vistulzkan Territories

The Overseas Vistulzkan Territories are two permanently inhabited territories that are considered to be under the constitutional dominion of the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka and form part of its sovereign territory, while also maintaining an autonomous government of their own. The current status of the territories has been defined by the 8th Amendment to the 1920 Vistulzkan Constitution that clarifies the responsibility and rights of people within the overseas territories. Vistulzka remains responsible for the defense, foreign relations, and internal security. Both territories elect their own head of government, while the President of Vistulzka retains a role as the ceremonial head of state.

People born on the island or live on the island are considered to be constitutional Vistulzkan citizens and are able to vote in elections and freely migrate into mainland Vistulzka without the need of a passport or visa.
