The Overseas Vistulzkan Territories (Vistulzkan: Zamorskie Terytoria Wiślańska; ZTWs) are two permanently inhabited territories that are considered to be under the constitutional dominion of the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka and form part of its sovereign territory, while also maintaining an autonomous government of their own. The current status of the territories has been defined by the 8th Amendment (Vistulzka) to the 1925 Vistulzkan Constitution that clarifies the responsibility and rights of people within the overseas territories; Vistulzka remains responsible for the defense, foreign policy, and internal security. Both territories elect their own head of government, titled Voivodes, while the President of Vistulzka retains a role as the ceremonial head of state. Both territories also are able to elect their own Sejm Overseers, however these Overseers are only able to verbally participate and observe in the operations of the Sejm. Citizens living within the territories are also able to participate within presidential elections.

The 8th Amendment also disestablished the previous Vistulzkan National status that all islanders previously held, that did not allow them to vote within presidential elections. All people who previously held Vistulzkan National status, people who were or are born on the island are considered to be constitutional Vistulzkan citizens. As citizens, they are able to freely migrate into mainland Vistulzka without the previous requirement of needing to acquire a passport. As of 2020, there are 29,000 people that live in the Overseas Vistulzkan Territories.

Consitutents

The Overseas Vistulzkan Territories consist of two inhabited constituents: Ustka and Jastarnia
