The Ministry of Public Security (Кунганбу) is the principal police and security authority of the People's Republic of Namor that is responsible for day-to-day law enforcement around the country. It is headed by the Minister of Public Security.
It was one of the first ministries to be founded after the foundation of the PRN, its chief task was to maintain the domestic security amongst Namorese citizens and root-out suspected counter-revolutionaries and supporters of the Republican regime, although this task was soon introduced into the perimeter of the KGB. Today, the Ministry manages all law enforcement in Namor, and heads all police stations and forces in mainland Namor. It is also operating in Namor's autonomous republics.
