Narcissa Rieke Cäcilie Buxbaum (14 May 1916 – 1 July 1945) was an East Europan soldier who was a member of the renowned Peltast Battalion of the 65th Light Infantry Regiment, a military unit in the Seleucia Korps. She is the battalion's quartermaster and a demolitions expert. She is also fond of close combat, and her favorite weapon is grenades.

She joined the army at the command of her parents due to her unbridled flirty demeanor, and was assigned to the 65th. She observed her first action in the Estharian Civil War, then in the Second Europan War. Narcissa died during the night of the breakout at the Battle of Kontin, sacrificing herself in preserving the Korps' escape route.

Narcissa is known to be firtatious among her comrades, earning her the nicknames "Flirty Glasses" and "Flirty Dynamite"; her frequent targets were Heinrich Leopold Slikk and Karsten Brandstätter. Despite this, she remains friendly, loyal, and a diligent yet sometimes trigger-happy combatant. She also displayed prejudice against Darscens, which was shared with Heinrich Slikk and her superior Ulrich Dietrich von Braun.
