The National Assembly of the Aininian Republic (French: Assemblée nationale de la République aininienne) is the bicameral legislature of Ainin, meeting at the Palace of the National Assembly in Huimont, Isle-Royale. It consists of an upper house composed of 196 censors, the House of Censure, and a lower house composed of 452 deputies, the House of Deputies. Deputies are elected in single-member constituencies through a first past the post voting system and usually sit as members of organised political parties, while censors are appointed by the President of Ainin on the advice of the provincial premiers and represent the provincial government to which they owe their appointment. While censors are legally non-partisan, they are usually classified as part of the government or opposition caucus depending on the party affiliation of the premier that appointed them.

The National Assembly wields legislative power in the tripartite republican government of Ainin, and has a wide array of responsibilities that include legislative initiative, budgeting and electing the President of Ainin. The upper house is led by the President of the House of Censure, currently Jean de Finistère, and the lower house by the Speaker of the House of Deputies, currently Renia Leokadia of the Social Democratic Party. Tradition dictates that the House of Censure is not allowed to obstruct the government's agenda that does not directly pertain to issues of national-provincial relations, although censors have sometimes broken the custom, causing controversies.
