Quentin Lievremont is the alias of a senior member of SHADOW. Believed to have been born in Shoassau in 1974, he was identified by an anonymous member of the organization who defected and testified to closed Congressional Hall hearings in 2018. Lievremont was nearly arrested by ZIS agents in Janapa, but his private plane was allowed to take off due to clearance given under suspicious circumstances. Though his passport identifies him as Quentin Lievremont, it is believed that this is a cover-name, he may not be Shoassauan, and he likely uses multiple identities.

Biography

According to the anonymous source in 2018 Congressional hearings, Lievremont is a covername for the man who is a senior member of the SHADOW organization. He was described as being unpredictable, dangerous, and utterly ruthless megalomaniac of the most diabolical kind. He is incredibly resourceful and has access to vast amounts of weapons, technology, organizations, and illegal activities - in other words, he is able to create and control SHADOW. He is analyzed as being an exceptionally calm and reserved person who approaches all problems with an insidiously relaxed attitude.

Shortly following the testimonies in Congressional Hall, the man identified as Lievremont was tracked to Janapa City, Janapa, where Zamastanian Intelligence Service agents attempted to detain him at the international airport where he was boarding a private unregistered plane. Agents were able to detain the co-pilot of the plane in an airport lounge, where they also obtained a passport belonging to Lievremont. During the process, agents captured a picture of Lievremont, which remains the only known picture of him. However, the agents were held back from entering the airport's tarmac, and despite a subpeona issued by President Kendrick Mehans himself, the plane was given clearance to take off.
