The RCS Pact was an economic and military alliance of three nations: PyeMcGowan, Alenveil and the Neo Enclave. Sylvet was also a member, but only economically.
It was founded following the Ravenrock Treaty of 1975 during the turbulent era of the Cold War. The organisation comprises two bodies, economic and military, The economic body was created first, and its purpose is to benefit trade. The Military division was secretly implanted into the treaty by the Neo Enclave.

Collapse

In late 2018 both Alenveil and PyeMcGowan decided to leave the Organisation, with PyeMcGowan becoming an observer state, later Sylvet left as well, leaving only The Neo Enclave, which refused to leave the organisation. Today the RCS Pact no longer has buildings in Charleston and Sarbo, as they were sold to major corporations, with the Charleston Headquaters being sold to Royal Auraid. The PyeMcGowian Prime Minister at the time of Collapse, Harrison Jenkins, stated that the original agreement, made at a private meeting in Ravenrock, was for a free trade agreement to be put in place. But a few days after the signing, the Secretary General, Cynthia Elizabeth, made each nation, with an exception of Sylvet a member of the RCS Military Pact. This outraged the other member states, and with rising tension between the Neo Enclave, PyeMcGowan and Alenveil, the two decided to leave.
