Radovan Kostović (Syaran: Радован Костовиќ) is a Syaran politician, current Foreign Minister of Syara and former Executive of the Syara, holding the office from 2016-2020.

Radovan Kostović was born in Iani and educated at Slocova State University. Following his graduation he joined the Sacred Guard and spent 3 years protecting Syara's religious shrines and monuments, earning him the title Holy Sentinel of the Sacred Guard. Following the outbreak of the Zemplen War Kostović volunteered for a lateral transfer to the Syaran Commonality Armed Forces, where he became a commissioned officer of the Syaran National Army. Kostović was awarded twice for valorous actions during the war, and was promoted to Major following the conclusion of hostilities in 2009. He retired from the SCAF and Sacred Guard in 2010 to pursue a career in politics.

Due to his service Kostović was asked to join the Union Party's Armed Forces Committee as an advisor. He was promoted to an official chairman spring of 2012. During his time on the committee Kostović voiced support for veteran benefits and better social services for those affected by the war. Kostović made several controversial comments during his tenure with the Armed Forces Committee in which he suggested Syara was to blame for the start of the conflict and criticized Syaran leadership leading up to and during the conflict. As a result he left the Committee in August 2012. Kostović remained close to several members of the Union Party following his departure, speaking at rallies and representing the Union Party in several public events. Kostović was selected and appointed by the High Council in May 2013.

As Deputy Minister of Culture Kostović oversaw many reconstruction and renovation projects of Syara's holy sites and religious symbols. In 2014 he co-authored a bill to expand health and welfare services for Syaran children to afford greater athletic and religious opportunities throughout their schooling. He was instrumental in several reforms made to the Sacred Order between 2014 and 2015 which eliminated corruption and waste among the Order. Kostović was officially honored by the Oracle of the All Mother in June 2015 for his services to the Zobethos faith and the Sacred Order.

Kostović experienced a rapid rise in popularity due to his time as Deputy Minister of Culture, and by early 2015 was seen by many as the new face of the Warden Way following it's regression in the aftermath of the Zemplen War. Kostović expressed interest in running for office of the Executive of the Syaran Commonality and garnered the support of several key figures within the Union Party and the Syaran Government. Although criticized for his inexperience by older members of the party, Kostović surged in the polls in autumn of 2015 thanks in large part to support from younger Syarans. Kostović narrowly gained his party's support for Executive in the 2016 election, which he went on to win in another narrow victory. He was sworn into office on August 1st, 2016.

Kostović has been described as a Neo-Warden due to his more liberal policies and lessened emphasis on nationalist rhetoric. Domestically Kostović has pushed for greater ecological conservation efforts and infrastructure development while strengthening the bond between the Sacred Order and the central government. In international affairs Kostović is credited with repairing relations with Azurlavai following the invasion of Aerick in 2015. Kostović has also worked to normalize relations with Ruvelka, and in 2018 was selected to mediate the Arzell Crisis between Ossoria and Shalum. Kostović unsuccesfuly ran for re-election in 2020, losing to Anita Beleska. On 1 August 2020 it was announced he would take over the position of Foreign Minister.
