The Red Cross of Nikolia (Serbian: Crveni Krst Nikolije; Mazurian: Nikolski Czerwony Krzyż, abbr. CKN/NCK) is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, ambulance service and education services in Nikolia.
It is the oldest national Red Cross society in Astyria and a founding member of the Astyrian Federation of Red Cross Societies. The organisation was founded by a Nikolian medical colonel Mihailo Petrovic Alas after the Napoleonic wars that struck Nikolia in early 19th century.
