Regis Lucis Caelum CXII (18 August 1924 - 9 April 2024) was the King of the United Kingdom and Dominions of the Lucis Commonwealth from 27 April 1963 until 5 June 1970. He was the 7th Head of the Commonwealth realms, and the 9th Emperor of Nihhon-koku. He ascended when his brother, Regis Lucis Caelum CXI abdicated due to him refusing to take on power and that he wanted to pass on the crown to a more trustworthy individual.

As King, Regis oversaw the further decolonization of the Lucis Empire. His reign was also in the midst of the War of Lorican Aggression. The King, despite limited powers, pushed for an economic revitalization in order to reduce military expenditure, and as well as increase more on the economic side. The Economic Edict of 1965 and 1967 were created by the Parliament and had a profound improvement on the Lucian Economy.

Regis decided to abdicate in favour of his son, Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII on the grounds that he wanted someone younger to lead the Lucis Commonwealth and prepare it for the new millennium.

When he abdicated, Regis moved from Lucis to Erebonia and purchased an estate in Sandwich. His wife, Alicia, the Queen Mother opened a tea house in the city. He is also known to be fond of his youngest grandson, Noctis Lucis Caelum.
