Rina Anne Vandemeer née Voss (17 May 2007) is a Jutlandish-Rhodeian officer currently serving in the Rhodeian Army under Task Force 141 as a member of the LRRG.
Rina hails from a family of military men. Her father is a Colonel in the Rhodeian Army, and her mother is a Jutlandish communications officer. Although she didn't have any interests in joining the army, she eventually joined after deciding that she wanted to discover more outside of her home country. Upon her graduation, her father approached Yukio Kushineda IV in order to accept her into his force. She was eventually transferred along with her cousin and other members of their unit and found themselves joining Task Force 141 as a member of Yukio Kushineda V's LRRG.
Although having somewhat of an aristocratic roots, she never lets herself be compared to the elite and as such, often finds herself befriending those from the middle or lower classes.
