Rowan Martin (Oct 23, 1973 - June 16, 2018) served as Foreign Secretary of Lauchenoiria for two non-consecutive terms, first under Prime Minister Laura Moore and later Suleman Chaher. He died in June 2018 from a gunshot wound during the Second Lauchenoirian Civil War.
