Frank John Sugiyama (18 May 1965) is a Lucian officer who served in Task Force 131 and later in the Special Operations and Airbourne Force.

Frank is the youngest son of Conlin John Sugiyama, a veteran of the War of Lorican Aggression. Frank, along with his 2 brothers served in the Lucis Army during the Post-War of Lorican Aggression Crisis, where they were assigned under Task Force 131. Despite being the youngest male Sugiyama sibling, Frank is multilingual, being able to speak fluent Nihhonese, German, Jutlandish, and Balambian. Currently, Frank serves as a translator and instructor in the Randgriz Military Academy.

Frank is the father of Jacob Sugiyama, who serves as an intelligence officer for Pavlov & Craig.
