The Republic of Sanpia, commonly known as Sanpia, is an island nation in southwest Ausiana, sharing maritime borders with Emansi to the south, Kalea to the north, and Zamastanian-administered Gangkou to the east. With coasts on the Jinchon Sea to the east and the Cantalle Ocean to the west, Sanpia's territory is comprised of an archipelago of 894 islands. It has a population of around 8.3 million people, densely populated along the coastal regions as three-fourths of the country's inland terrain is mountainous. Mitali is the nation's capital and largest city, with other major cities including Cellin and Hyonjun.
Sanpia is a member of the Coalition of Crown Albatross, the Alliance of Central and West Ausianan Cooperation (ACWAC), and the Coalition Trade Organization. Sanpia is a key regional partner of Yuan, with whom it shares historical and military ties. It is a developing country with a rapidly growing economy. The President of Sanpia is currently Ah So-Yun and the Prime Minister is Tan Yeong-Yol.
