The Sarracese colonial empire (Sarracese: Empire colonial sarraçaise), also called Sarracese empire (Sarracese: Empire sarraçaise), was the term coined to refer to the colonial possessions of Sarrac between 1538 and 1989. It was founded after Hugo Beaumanoir i Castefall's arrival to the Alvinian archipelago, from where the empire rapidly expanded its territorial possessions overseas until its final dismantle with the handover of the port city of Quyang to Yudong in 1989.
