Sharkdon is the capital and most populated city of Sharkdonia. It is considered to be one of the most influential cities in Anteria, and is famous for being one of the biggest economic and trade hubs, as well as the single largest exporter of defense technologies in the world. Sharkdon is also the location of many famous companies, and is the location of the Achem Industries headquarters, the biggest arms manufacturer in the world. As the ancestral and current capital, Sharkdon is also the location of both the Sharkdonian Great Palace, residence of the Supreme Leader, and the Servius Senate, house of the Sharkdonian Legislature and Judicial branches.

In addition, Sharkdon is also the home of many famous cultural sites, such as the Anterian International War Museum, the Sharkdonian Museum of History, and the Steinn Museum of Art. Finally, Sharkdon is one of the holy sites of the Kharistrisi faith.
