Slocova is a Syaran coastal city located along the northern coast of the Bay of Slocova. The city serves as the Realm Capital of Scitaria and with a population of 1,105,204 it is the second-largest city in Scitaria after Moddra.

Slocova has been continuously inhabited since the third millennia BCE. The area around present-day Slocova was inhabited by the Essei before the area was conquered by Orestes II, after which the settlement served as a harbor for the Makedonian Empire. Following Syara's independence from the Arkoennite Empire, Slocova rose in prominence and began a major trade hub for western Syara, a trend it continued following the Unification of Syara. During the Refusal War the city began a haven for the Wardens, and served as their primary base of operations during the war. After the Commonality was founded Slocova was named the capital of the Realm.

Today Slocova remains a major port for ships along Syara's west coast while serving as a major commercial and financial hub for the Realm.
