The Syndicat Rose, also called the Rose, is an intergovernmental alliance consisting of several states - Seclya, Amador, Lothia, Caunette, and Marquesan. Established in the aftermath of the War of the Leaves in 2004, the alliance is a collective security system: its independent member states agree to defend one another against third party attacks, while also promoting internal growth economically and militarily. The alliance is in essence, a union of several powerful states attempting to come together for the greater good of their peoples while still retaining national identity. The internal structure of the alliance has paved way in establishing an internal single market based of legal framework and legislation that applies to all members states wherein the states have and consistently do act as one. Syndicat policies aim to ensure free movement of people, goods, and services within the internal market between existing members.

A prominent hallmark of the the Syndicat is the free and unfractured travel between member states and the full implementation of the Rossette as a unifying and inter-national currency. Through common security and foreign policies, the Syndicat has evolved its role in external relations and defense while featuring prominently both politically and culturally within each member state. It maintains various diplomatic missions throughout Gholgoth, Esvanovia, and various other international communities.

The Syndicat's main headquarters are revolving, with various cities hosting aspects of the alliance's governmental structure. The cities of Ilymmelle in Amador, Syva Aethel in Seclya, and Taga in Marquesan house the large majority of functions for the alliance. The Syndicat formed with three founding members: Seclya, Amador, and Marquesan, with Lothia and Caunette joining at later dates. The Order of the Crimson Rose is featured prominently in the Syndicat.
